I. How to Submit Manuscripts

Authors are required to submit their manuscripts through the Online Journal System (OJS) of Electron Today. Submissions must be made electronically via the official journal website. The online submission system will guide authors step-by-step through the submission process, including metadata entry, file upload, and confirmation. Upon successful submission, the Editorial Office will acknowledge receipt of the manuscript via email. In case of technical difficulties, authors may contact the Editorial Office through the official journal contact email provided on the website.

Initial Editorial Screening

All submitted manuscripts will undergo an initial editorial evaluation to assess:

• Relevance to the journal scope
• Originality and scientific contribution
• Compliance with submission guidelines
• Basic methodological soundness

The editorial decision regarding progression to peer review is typically made within two weeks.

Author Declaration

During submission, the corresponding author must confirm that:

1. All listed authors have read and approved the manuscript.
2. The manuscript represents original work of the authors.
3. The manuscript has not been published previously and is not under consideration elsewhere.
4. All data presented are accurate and ethically obtained.

Revisions

Manuscripts requiring revision will be returned to the authors with reviewers’ comments.

• Authors must submit revised manuscripts within the deadline specified by the Editor.
• Revisions must include a detailed response to reviewers, outlining changes made.
• Failure to resubmit within the assigned deadline may result in automatic rejection.

Resubmissions

Rejected manuscripts may be resubmitted only if substantial improvements have been made. Resubmitted papers will be treated as new submissions and subjected to a new review process.

II. Accepted File Format

• Manuscripts must be prepared using the Microsoft Word template provided by Electron Today. Download Here.
• The total file size must not exceed 5 MB.
• All components (text, tables, figures) must be compiled into a single Word file prior to submission.
• Figures and tables must be inserted in the main text immediately after their first citation.
• High-resolution figures are required for accepted manuscripts.

Use of the official journal template significantly reduces processing time during copyediting and layout stages.

III. Structure of Manuscripts

Manuscripts must be organized in the following order:

1. Title Page

The title page must include:

• Title of the paper (maximum 25 words)
• Full name(s) of author(s)
• Institutional affiliation(s)
• Full institutional address(es)
• Corresponding author’s name, email address, and contact details

Author affiliations should be indicated using superscript Arabic numerals (¹, ², ³, etc.).

2. Abstract

• Maximum 250 words
• Written in clear and concise English
• Should briefly state: objective, methodology, key results, and conclusion
• Avoid citations and undefined abbreviations

3. Keywords

• Maximum 7 keywords
• Written in alphabetical order
• Avoid overly general terms
• Avoid conjunctions (e.g., “and”, “of”)
• Use established technical terminology

4. Introduction

The Introduction should:

• Present the research background
• Define the problem statement
• Explain research objectives
• Highlight novelty and contribution
• It should not be an extensive literature review but must provide sufficient context.

5. Experimental Methods (or Methodology)

This section must:

• Describe research design clearly
• Provide sufficient detail for replication
• Cite established methods when applicable
• Explain analytical tools, models, simulations, or experimental setups

New or modified methods should be described in detail.

6. Results & Discussion

The Results section should:

• Present experimental or analytical findings
• Include figures, tables, and quantitative data
• Avoid interpretation beyond factual reporting
• Interpret the results
• Compare findings with previous studies
• Explain theoretical or practical implications.

Results should be logically structured and supported by data.

7. Conclusions

The Conclusions section should:

• Summarize major findings
• Highlight contributions
• State limitations
• Suggest future research directions

8. Acknowledgments

Include:

• Funding sources
• Institutional support
• Contributions not qualifying for authorship

9. Conflicts of Interest

Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.

If none exist, state: The authors declare no conflict of interest.

If applicable, describe the role of funding sponsors in study design, execution, analysis, or publication decisions.

10. Data Availability Statement

Authors must indicate where supporting data can be accessed.

Examples:

• Public repository with DOI link
• Institutional repository
• Available upon reasonable request

If no data were generated or analyzed, authors may state: No new data were created or analyzed in this study.

Ethical and Peer Review Policy

Electron Today operates under a single-blind peer-review system and adheres to recognized standards of publication ethics.

Editorial decisions are based solely on:

• Scientific merit
• Methodological rigor
• Relevance to scope

Financial considerations do not influence editorial decisions.
